May is Mental Health Awareness Month

May is Mental Health Awareness Month

Mental health conditions affect us all regardless of gender, age, race, ethnicity, or income level. One of five people are likely to experience anxiety, depression, or other mental health conditions every year. The good news is, mental health conditions are treatable.

We encourage you to seek support and help. Don't Hold Your Sh**. Mental Health Awareness is about letting go of the stigma of: isolation, discrimination, blame, shame, hurt, and pain. Be strong by letting that crap go for your Mental Health and Wellness.
